Our most interesting wine of 2019. 75% Local Hudson, WI Frontenac grapes blended with 25% California Syrah. This blend lowers the typical high acidity of Frontenac, making it taste like a traditional fine wine.  Aging in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels adds complexity and subtle character.
