Our 100% Prairie Star was aged with French Oak, giving this wine the character and flavor of an oaked Chardonnay without the butter. Fully dry, this wine was not put through Malo-lactic fermentation to preserve the crisp acidity and to ensure this wine was not buttery. Super clean on the palate and finish, it is truly delicious, unique and a-typical of a cold climate wine. Pairs well with fowl and pork.
