2021 Chardonnay

Our 100% Chardonnay is all about balance. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being a total oak and butter bomb, this wine is about a 7 on that scale. It has the oak notes for sure, but the butter is reduced to more of a creaminess instead. Our 2019 vintage was very much a butter bomb, and I wanted a more approachable wine. Dry, and complex with a lingering, smooth pleasant finish, it is an elegant Chardonnay.
