Completely new wine from the newer Itasca cold crimate grape, blended with 25% Pinot Gris. The 2023 vintage is lightly oaked and fully dry- almost like a Chardonnay but without the butter.
Our second style of the newer Itasca cold crimate grape. The 2024 vintage showcases the Itasca grape - simply blended with 25% Sauvignon Blanc it has a touch of sugar for balance.
