2025 Itasca

 For the 2025 vintage, I am blending with 25% Riesling from Washington. This wine is technically dry, but ample fruitiness comes through. Itasca is the newest and quickly becoming most popular cold climate grape from the U of M- it has a more traditional wine flavor than most cold climate grapes- blind tastimg most people cant tell.
