Bourbon Barrel Aged Red

This big and bold Red wine is aged in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel. This adds charred vanilla and caramel notes. It is fully dry, but the fruit and bourbon barrel makes it seem a little sweet. Fruity on the nose with vanilla and a hint of bourbon. Smooth and complex- I guarantee this is the best Frontenac wine you've ever had. Blended with 25% very ripe California Syrah.  15% alcohol by volume.
