Maggie's Red 2021

This truly is a UNIQUE wine, as like our 2020 version, literally no one has ever done this particular blend in the whole world before. It is 75% locally grown Petite Pearl, 15% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% California Syrah and 5% California Merlot. Full bodied, with generous fruit on the palate, with just a hint of oak. Very food friendly thanks to the hybrid grapes a adding crisp acidity, but still within normal range of acid to cut through fatty foods, especially grilled meat and creamy pasta. The wine is named after Maggie, our winery Newfoundland puppy, who is our unofficial mascot and part time winery greeter. 13.9% alcohol by volume
